LIMITED WARRANTY REGULATIONS AND ARTICLES FOR SCOOTERS AND MOTORCYCLES 50CC AND UP

To protect our consumer’s rights and interests, Hitong Motors Corp warranties all of its scooters and motorcycles. However, our warranty will not cover any damages caused by improper use or handling of the products.

To get the warranty, you must register the product with us upon the purchase. The warranty period starts from the date of the invoice.

Please do the following immediately after you purchase your scooter or motorcycle.

1. Dealers must fill out the Pre-Delivery Inspection form and return the pink copy to us.

2. Assemble the vehicle right away. Make sure all parts are present and test-drive the vehicle. After making sure everything is in working order, sign the warranty card and mail it to us. You will receive a register confirmation card shortly after we have received your warranty card. If you find anything wrong, contact your dealer immediately.

3. All warranty is to be process at your local Hitong dealer. If you are not satisfied with your dealer you can contact us and give us your comments. We will make sure that they take care of your interests.

WARRANTY ARTICLES

I. For 50cc to 125cc big gas scooter:

We have a warranty for parts, excluding tires and belt, for 3 months (from the invoice date) or 1,000. Miles, whichever comes first. Within the warranty period, any defects or non-functioning of the vehicle that is not caused by improper use or handling will be repair at no cost to you in a HITONG dealer.

Engine and transmission are covered for manufacturing defects for 6 months from date of invoice or 3,000. Miles, whichever comes first.

Same day repair is not guaranteed. If there is no HITONG dealer near you, you can go ahead repair it in any shop. However, you must send in the broken parts first. We will send you new parts.

II. For 125cc to 250cc Big Gas Scooter:

We have a warranty for parts, excluding tires and belt, for 6 months (from the invoice date) or 2,000. Miles, whichever comes first. Within the warranty period, any defects or non-functioning of the vehicle that is not caused by improper use or handling will be repair at no cost to you in a HITONG dealer.

Engine and transmission are covered for manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of invoice or 5,000. Miles, whichever comes first.

Same day repair is not guaranteed. If there is no HITONG dealer near you, you can go ahead repair it in any shop. However, you must send in the broken parts first. We will send you new parts.

By signing this agreement the dealer agrees to follow Hitong Motors Corp Warranty and sales regulations.
